Every day I walk into Ukhanyo, something fresh, different and inspiring hits me. Every time.

Today was no different. Assembly was packed with learners and staff celebrating Heritage day in tribal dress listening to headmaster, Michael Thyali, talking about the importance of heritage day and diversity.

The photos tell the story of the staff fully engaged and the kids responding to the beat of the staff and occasion. This school rocks in every way – academics, sports, culturally and in their positive approach to embrace life and every day.

Ukhanyo is special – nestled in this unique and extraordinary township. Every day is a surprise, everyday special,  thank to the staff and learners.”
